This is the happy medium between Full Wedding Planning and Wedding Day of Coordination. Let us create the perfect package for you, wherever you are in the planning process. We can assist with Event Styling, finding those details, and help keep you on track. · Vendor contract reviews · 1 venue site visit and 3 additional meetings. · Consultation and continuous communication. · Assistance finding and booking vendors. · Negotiations and help finalizing vendor contracts. · Advice on wedding design and styling. · Vendor contact to confirm day-of details. · Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule. · Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics. · Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors. · Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors. · Access to our wedding day emergency kit. · Solving any “unforeseen event” that may occur. · Up to twelve hours on-site with your coordinator and 1-2 assistants allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background details.
