Day of Coordination with Set-up

Even if you’ve checked everything off your list, a Wedding Day of Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working hard towards. We are the "go to person" and point of contact for all Vendors & Guests. 

Day of Coordination & Set Up Services include:

  • 1 venue site visit and 2 additional meetings. ​

  •   Consultation and unlimited communication.

  •   Vendor confirmation of day-of details.

  •   Wedding day timeline, contact list, and management of all details from               start to finish, keeping the day on schedule.

  •   Event set up such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  •   Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics.

  •   Distributing final payment and gratuities to vendors.

  •   Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors.

  •   Acting as the “go to” person for the bride, family, and vendors.

  •   Access to Wedding Day Emergency Bridal Bag.

  •   Solving any “unforeseen event” that may occur. 

  •   Up to twelve hours on-site with your coordinator and 1-2 assistants      allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any      worry of background details

Partial Planning 

*Starting at $2,000

If you've started the process but aren't sure what to do next or are feeling overwhelmed, then Partial Wedding Planning is the answer. This is the happy medium between Full Wedding Planning and Wedding Day of Coordination. Let us create the perfect package for you, wherever you are in the planning process. We can assist with Event Styling, finding those details, and help keep you on track.

 

Partial Planning Services include:

 

  • Vendor contract reviews

  •  1 venue site visit and 2 additional meetings.

  •  Consultation and unlimited communication

  • Assistance finding and booking vendors.

  • Negotiations and help finalizing vendor contracts.

  • Advice on wedding design and styling.

  • Vendor contact to confirm day-of details.

  • Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start                                      to finish, keeping the day on schedule.

  •  Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics.

  •  Event set up such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  •  Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors.

Full Planning

*Starting at $3,500

With Full Wedding planning, we take care of all details from start to finish. We guide you to give you the best options that work with your budget. We provide you with expert advice to save you money and make your event a dream come true. You tell us your vision and we make it happen!!

Full Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following:

  •   Consultation and unlimited communication.

  •   Creating a budget, checklist, and seeing what your event priorities are.

  •   Venue and vendor selection (up to three venue site visits together).

  •   Negotiations and finalizing vendor contracts.

  •   Wedding design for all aspects of the event.

  •  Vendor contact throughout the process, including onsite meetings.

  •   Etiquette information.

  •   General advice and consultation.

  •   Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from     start to finish, keeping the day on schedule.

  •   Event Schedule for your wedding party and family.

  •   Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics.

  •   Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors.

  •   Acting as the “go-to” Person between bride, family and vendors.
