Service Description

The most important thing needed at your event! Even if you have checked off everything on your list, a Wedding Day of Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working so hard towards. We include set up and break down of all your decorations. You don't have to worry about hiring extra help or have family running around. You and your family & friends can simply enjoy your special day. We take the STRESS off you, so you can enjoy one of the best days of your life! Day of Coordination & Set Up Services include but are not limited to the following: · 1 venue site visit and 2 additional meetings. · Consultation and unlimited communication. · Vendor confirmation of day-of details. · Wedding day timeline, contact list, and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule. · Event set up such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc. · Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics. · Distributing final payment and gratuities to vendors. · Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors. · Acting as the “go to” person for the bride, family, and vendors. · Access to Wedding Day Emergency Bridal Bag. · Solving any “unforeseen event” that may occur. · Up to twelve hours on-site with your coordinator and 1-2 assistants allowing you to enjoy every moment **Additional Travel fees may apply**
