Full Planning Services include: · Consultation and unlimited communication. · Creating a budget, checklist, and seeing what your event priorities are. · Venue and vendor selection (up to three venue site visits together). · Negotiations and finalizing vendor contracts. · Wedding design for all aspects of the event. · Vendor contact throughout the process, including onsite meetings. · Etiquette information. · General advice and consultation. · Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule. · Event Schedule for your wedding party and family. · Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics. · Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors. · Acting as the “go-to” Person between bride, family and vendors. · Access to our wedding day emergency kit. · Solving any “unforeseen event” that may occur. · Up to fifteen hours on-site with your coordinator and 2 assistants allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background details.
